Cancellations and refunds are available 14 days or more prior to the group event’s start date when pre-registration is required. You may choose to opt-out of a refund and keep a credit on your account for the next scheduled group.

Pre-payments for drop-in groups

Refunds for drop-in groups are available up to 90 days from your purchase date as pre-paying is not required for drop-in events. 

Once a group has been attended, no refunds are available for that group.

To request a refund, email Dallis at info@lunatl.com, giving your name, the group you’ve registered for and date you registered. If you don’t get a response from Dallis or someone from her office within 3 business days, call  (403) 877-9054 to confirm we’ve received your refund request.  

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process and complete the refund once it has been issued by LUNA. Refunds will be refunded back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may keep your payment on your account to use as credit for the next scheduled group. 

If your request for a refund is less than 14 days prior to the group’s start date, a cancellation fee of $200 will be added to your account and the remaining amount, if any will then be refunded back to your original payment method.

Payment plans are available upon request. All fees must be paid in full by the start date of the group. If all fees are not paid in full by the start date of the group, a cancellation will be prompted and a cancellation fee of $200 will be added to your account. Any amount of what was paid so far minus the $200 cancellation fee will then be refunded back to your original payment method.

Payment Plans

Payment plans of up to 3 installment payments before the group’s start date are available upon request. To register and reserve your spot for an event or group, the first payment of the payment plan must be made. The full fee for the group must be paid before the start date of the group.

Payment plans are not eligible for the early-bird rate unless they are paid in full by the early-bird rate cut-off date. 

When requesting a payment plan for a group registration, email Dallis at info@lunatl.com with your name, the group you want to attend and the dates you want to make your payments. To start your payment plan and reserve your spot for that group, your credit card information will be needed. (To cancel or postpone a payment, please contact Dallis before the next payment date.) If you don’t get a response from Dallis or someone from her office within 3 business days, call (403) 877-9054 to confirm we’ve received your refund request.  

Refunds for payment plans are available with at least one payment already paid provided that the refund follows LUNA’s Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

What if I made 2 payments already for a group but cannot attend the group for which I registered?

As long as you contact Dallis 14 days or more prior to the group’s start date, you can receive a full refund of what you paid up to that date. 

What if I find out 3 days before the group’s start date that I cannot attend the group after I’ve made 2 payments?

Refunds must be requested 14 days or more prior to the group’s start date. A cancellation request less than 14 days prior to the group’s start date will incur a cancellation fee of $200 which will be added to your account. Any amount of what was paid so far minus the $200 cancellation fee will then be refunded back to your original payment method.

I paid for a 5-week group and I attended week 1 but cannot attend the rest of the weeks. Do I get my money back?

Due to limited seating, cancellation requests should be made 14 days or more prior to the group event’s start date. When you pre-register for a group that requires pre-registration, you are reserving your spot for that group. This means that the spot is no longer available for someone else who may have wanted to attend the group. Once you’ve attended a group, a refund will not be available.

I made arrangements to pay my early-bird registration in 3 installments. I have to reschedule my last payment for after the early-bird rate cut-off date. Do I have to pay the full price now?

Yes. If your fee is not paid in full by the early-bird cut-off date, your final installment payment will increase to the regular rate of $200 and will be due by the start date of the group. 

Do I get a refund if I prepaid for a drop-in group, but I never showed up to the group nor contacted you to cancel?  

Since drop-in groups don’t require pre-registration, refunds are available within 90 days of your payment date. You may also request to keep your payment on your account as a credit for the next scheduled date of the group. To request a refund, please email Dallis at info@lunatl.com, giving your name, the group you’ve registered for and the date you purchased.

LUNA Therapy & Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration. 

Dallis reserves the right to cancel any group event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or any other circumstance that can make the group event non-viable. If LUNA refuses a registration, a full refund will be offered.

By purchasing group event registration online you understand cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the group’s start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the group’s start date will incur a $200 cancellation fee and any remaining balance if any will be refunded. 

You understand you are holding a spot for this group event, therefore any cancellations made less than the 14-day time period as described above and on our Refund Policy page will incur a cancellation fee of $200.
