I get it. Therapy isn't for everybody.
Some of my most successful therapy sessions have been with clients who were the most skeptical about therapy. They were also wildly determined to do whatever it takes to change their life. The truth is, therapy isn't for everyone.
If you're determined to make that change and willing to give therapy a try, consider scheduling an initial consultation. Otherwise, there are plenty of effective "non-therapy" alternatives to help you get on the path to achieving your goals.
"Non-Therapy" Alternatives
Although it is my preferred method, therapy is not the only pathway to achieving mental health. If you've determined therapy is not the right fit for you but you still want to make a change, there are endless alternatives to therapy.
Trust yourself. It is my belief that all people intuitively know what they need and what they don't.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible to minimize wait times for all clients.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per session.
