Checking-in
Part of the therapeutic process involves saying 'Goodbye,' but sometimes we need a quick check-in or re-fresher to keep us on the right track or when we're facing an unexpected challenge.
It's my philosophy that your therapist should be an ongoing support you can return to for a brief re-fresher or to work toward new goals.
It's my goal to support my clients at all stages in their journey, wherever they're at.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible to minimize wait times for all clients.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per session.
